Booth coverage
Wide establishing shots, traffic, your team in action, and the moments that show people actually stopped at your booth.
Your booth.
On camera.
Before the floor closes.
I'm Olena, a Las Vegas videographer and photographer. I film and photograph trade show booths, conventions, conferences and product demos. You book me directly, you talk to me directly, and I'm the one holding the camera on your show day. No dispatch desk, no stranger showing up.
I've filmed and photographed these shows for exhibitors and clients, from tech, cloud and fintech to cars, construction, health and music.
You spent months and a real budget on that booth. It shouldn't vanish when the carpet gets rolled up. I plan the day so it keeps feeding your marketing for the next few months.
Wide establishing shots, traffic, your team in action, and the moments that show people actually stopped at your booth.
Customers, partners and your execs on camera, with clean lav audio even on a loud show floor.
Your product shot properly: close-ups, hands-on use, a short walkthrough you can put on the product page.
Booth, crowd, speaker and detail photos, edited and color-matched to your brand. Selects ready for LinkedIn the same night.
Vertical clips cut on site so your team can post during the show, when the hashtag is live and people are paying attention.
Sessions, panels, networking and the keynote stage. Good for organizers who need next year's promo footage.
There are booking marketplaces that send whoever's free in that city, and there are production companies with a full crew and a price to match. I sit in the middle on purpose.
| Booking marketplace | Production company | Olena Z Films | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who shows up | Whoever the platform assigns | A crew, often several people | Me. The person you talked to. |
| Planning | A form with city, date and shoot type | Producer calls and a creative brief | A call with me, a shot list, your booth map |
| Video and photo | Usually booked separately | Yes, with separate crew members | Both, from one person, one invoice |
| Footprint in your booth | Varies | Lights, stands, a lot of gear | Compact kit that doesn't crowd your space |
| Social edits during the show | Rarely | Yes, usually as an add-on | Yes, same day |
| Price | Low, fixed packages | High, custom quotes | Clear packages, priced below a crew |
Show season fills up fast. Reach out 4 to 8 weeks before the show if you can. Last-minute works too if I'm free, just ask.
Rates for Las Vegas shows. Filming is $150 an hour, editing is priced per piece, and packages bundle the two for less. Travel outside Las Vegas is quoted at cost.
Fill this in and you'll see a starting estimate right away. Then send it over and I'll reply within one business day with availability and a firm quote.
I'm based in Las Vegas, so shows at the LVCC, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay and the other Strip venues have no travel fees. I also travel for shows across the US and abroad. Travel is billed at cost and shown in the quote before you pay anything.
Yes. I plan the day in blocks, so interviews and demos get full video attention and photos happen during traffic peaks. For very large booths or multi-stage conferences I can bring a second shooter I trust.
Usually yes. Most shows let exhibitors register booth staff or contractors. Add me to your booth staff list and I'll take care of the rest. If the show requires a media or contractor credential, I'll handle the application.
Every interview gets a wireless lav mic plus a backup recording. I'll pick the quietest corner of your booth, or a nearby meeting room if you have one.
You do. You get full usage rights for your marketing, website, ads and sales materials. I'd just like permission to show a few clips in my portfolio.
The same evening. Social cuts and photo selects go out at the end of each show day, so you can post while people are still talking about the show.
Yes. I cover keynotes, sessions, the expo floor and networking events, and deliver a promo reel you can use to sell next year's exhibitor space and tickets.
Recent trade show and event videos, then photos from the floor. More videos on my Vimeo.

A portrait station at your booth pulls people in, and they leave with a headshot that has your brand on it.
